The Mark is Olympias first fine cocktail space established in 2001 always local and independent.  Serving an excellent cocktail menu that celebrates the balance of health and decadence giving you the best of both worlds. Adventure with the most sophisticated, and extensive selection of premium liquors available to you in Olympia.

 

Wine

The wines featured at The Mark Restaurant represent the work of artisans. Our wine list is meant to complement the menu rather than function as a showpiece. Whenever possible, wines are selected based on those that favor grapes indigenous to their area of origin.

WINE LIST: Designed to complement our Pizza alla Taglio, most of our wines are from Italy.

CORKAGE FEE: 18.00 per bottle

We have beer from George Town and Peroni.
